Made in Taiwan, our shiitake mushroom jerky is crafted from chunky stems of freshly harvested organically-grown shiitake mushrooms and seasoned with a tantalizing blend of Asian spices. With a flavour that’s as smoky as it’s predecessors and a chewy texture similar to pulled pork, it’s hard to believe that it’s not meat!
Our shiitake mushroom jerky contains the health benefits of shiitake mushrooms, including immuno-modulating beta-glucan polysaccharides and therapeutic biochemicals to combat disease and fight infection.
