Made in Taiwan, our shiitake mushroom jerky is crafted from chunky stems of freshly harvested organically-grown shiitake mushrooms and seasoned with a tantalizing blend of Asian spices. With a flavour that’s as smoky as it’s predecessors and a chewy texture similar to pulled pork, it’s hard to believe that it’s not meat!
Our shiitake mushroom jerky contains the health benefits of shiitake mushrooms, including immuno-modulating beta-glucan polysaccharides and therapeutic biochemicals to combat disease and fight infection.

Ingredients: Shiitake stems, vegetable oil, egg, sugar, pepper, salt, bran, paprika, galangal, curry, soy sauce, BBQ seasoning (sugar, malted barley flour, dextrose, tomato, torula yeast, paprika, chilli, pepper, maltodextrin, onion, natural mesquite smoke flavour, garlic).
