No, it's not burnt! The deeper shade of our granola may be attributed to the natural coconut sugar used, which is unrefined and more nutritious than white sugar.
Oats, in their pure form, are gluten-free and are safe for most people with gluten intolerance. However, oats are often contaminated with gluten as they may be processed in the same facilities as gluten-containing grains like wheat, rye, and barley. Thus, it is safer for individuals with celiac disease or non-celiac gluten intolerance to consume only "certified gluten-free oats" that are free from gluten cross-contamination. At Oatberry, we source our certified gluten-free oats directly from a dedicated gluten-free oat mill.
Oatberry Essentials Granola and Oatberry Gluten-Free Granola are currently manufactured and stored in proximity. Other foods containing tree nuts, dairy, soy and eggs may also be processed and stored within the same premises. Although we make a diligent effort to separate our ingredients used, please be aware that our products may contain trace amounts of gluten, tree nuts, dairy, soy or eggs. Oatberry Essentials Granola, Oatberry Gluten-Free Granola and our range of Nut Butters are completely vegan and contain no animal products or alcohol. However, they are not currently certified as Halal.

All payments are made in Singapore Dollars (S$). All our payments are handled by Stripe, a highly reputable payment gateway company. Stripe’s secured platform to facilitate all payment transactions. Stripe accepts debit/credit cards via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
If for some reason your order arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, we will either arrange for an exchange, or accept a return for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@oatberry.com for assistance.
