Organically-grown and gently vacuum-fried, our pearl oyster crunchies contain the wide range of nutrients present in fresh mushrooms and are especially rich in vitamin B, potassium, magnesium, selenium, iron and beta-glucan, which helps to improve cholesterol and modulate the immune system.
