Who do I contact if I want to place a bulk, custom or wholesale order?
Please contact us at hello@oatberry.com if you want to order a large quantity. For large corporate or bulk orders, we may be able to offer special pricing. 

Why is Oatberry Granola so dark in colour?
No, it's not burnt! The deeper shade of our granola may be attributed to the natural coconut sugar used, which is unrefined and more nutritious than white sugar. 

Do regular traditional rolled oats contain gluten?
Oats, in their pure form, are gluten-free and are safe for most people with gluten intolerance. However, oats are often contaminated with gluten as they may be processed in the same facilities as gluten-containing grains like wheat, rye, and barley. Thus, it is safer for individuals with celiac disease or non-celiac gluten intolerance to consume only "certified gluten-free oats" that are free from gluten cross-contamination. At Oatberry, we source our certified gluten-free oats directly from a dedicated gluten-free oat mill. 

Are your products guaranteed to be 100% allergen-free? 
Oatberry Essentials Granola and Oatberry Gluten-Free Granola are currently manufactured and stored in proximity. Other foods containing tree nuts, dairy, soy and eggs may also be processed  and stored within the same premises. Although we make a diligent effort to separate our ingredients used, please be aware that our products may contain trace amounts of gluten, tree nuts, dairy, soy or eggs. Thus, we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% allergen-free. Please contact us at hello@oatberry.com for more information.

Are your products Halal? 
Oatberry Essentials Granola, Oatberry Gluten-Free Granola and our range of Nut Butters are completely vegan and contain no animal products or alcohol. However, they are not currently certified as Halal.

What is the currency used in the online store?
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (S$).

How are payments made?
All payments are made in Singapore Dollars (S$). All our payments are handled by Stripe, a highly reputable payment gateway company. Stripe’s secured platform to facilitate all payment transactions. Stripe accepts debit/credit cards via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

What is your return policy?
If for some reason your order arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, we will either arrange for an exchange, or accept a return for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@oatberry.com for assistance.

How do I redeem points? 
Log into your rewards program account and you will see a breakdown of your points. Once you are logged in, you will also see options to redeem points. The rewards will be stored in your account until you use it. 

Can I get points for The Oatberry Café purchases? 
Unfortunately not at this moment. The rewards program is only available online at Oatberry.com. We are looking into making it more rewarding for our customers, so stay tuned!
